Hello Dan

I would like to share a story of how your business helped our business.

We have a Toshiba TF471 plain paper fax machine in our office. Last year we had a lot of trouble sourcing film rolls for it, infact we were told by our usual supplier, that the rolls weren't being made anymore and we would have to replace the machine. I was fairly annoyed as there was nothing wrong with the machine except that it wouldn't operate without print film. I made phone calls all over the country but to no avail and then I phoned your company and within a couple of hours of my phone call, received the news that you could source as many rolls as I wanted. We were really pleased that we didn't have to buy a new fax machine and send more plastic to the rubbish tip!!

Impeccable Service

I would like to share a story with you which spans back some 20 years,

I was introduced to Symon Business when I was treasurer of St Margaret's Anglican Church in Taihape. We had an old Toshiba copier that I used to bring to Ross for a service every 6 months or when it needed it. The service & friendliness of the staff of a small business was impeccable. The church purchased a new photo copier and I purchased the old Toshiba from the church. I still got the service from Ross & his team. At that time I was a very small business and only had one staff member & myself. That little photocopier saved me a lot of money and time.

Over the years I expanded an arm of my business into Palmerston North, where I opened an office at one of my staff's home. Three years later I opened my showroom in Taonui Street, Mobile Furnishings, now known as Curtains2U. Ross helped me with purchasing a couple of second hand photocopiers, one of which is currently in our Taihape shop, Furnituretogo.

It did not matter what I purchased form Symon's I still got the personal friendly service and the back up service.

Approximately two years ago I went looking for a new photocopier, printer and fax, I went shopping around. I had everything including pushy sales people, just needing to meet their targets. The new photo copier never equaled to the Symon business equipment I used.

My business has now grown to include 10 staff and 11 contractors, known as, Curtains2U at 213 John F Kennedy Drive Palmerston North. I am still learning the extra features on the copier/fax/printer that Ross told me about. Ross really looked ahead when selling this copier to our business.

Ross came in and listened to what I required and added a few extra features. He came up with a price and payment plan which was superior, Ross and his team were one step ahead of any competition.
